Oan is renowned throughout Thailand as the youngest heiress to the famous MP, Pol.Lt.Gen. Chaj Kuldiloke, yet her talents don’t end with her family name. Much more than just a celebrity chef – she’s also a uniquely gifted one too.
Growing up in Bangkok, Oan has always displayed a flair for creating fine tasting cuisine, helping to prepare family meals as soon as she was old enough to set foot in the kitchen. Pursuing her lifelong dream, Oan graduated from the celebrated Le Cordon Bleu culinary school with flying colors at the age of just 21, and then quickly set about making a name for herself.
Armed with a bag full of French Gastronomy, she soon established the Felice Pasta & Dessert Bar in Bangkok, which rapidly became one of the top restaurants in the city. The word “Felice” means “happiness” when translated to English, and that’s exactly what Oan served up for her customers at the Felice Pasta & Dessert Bar, earning fame for her successful Rum Custard Pudding, which became a firm favorite with dessert lovers from all walks of life. And now Oan is delighted to be able to extend her own reputation and introduce all of her finest dishes to the lucky diners at ShaSa Resort & Residences.
