Terms & Conditions:
- All rates are in Thai Baht and subject to 10% service charge, applicable 7% government tax and 1% provincial tax.
- Children under 12 years old sharing the same room in existing bed with parents will be free of charge and receive 50% discount of breakfast.
- Minimum 3 nights consecutive stay required.
- 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking non-refundable and another 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and non-refundable.
